Excellent ability to conceptualize Interior Detailing including Lighting, colour, material finish selections, space planning and architectural elements.
Strong knowledge about the space planning, ceiling and flooring designs & Furniture layout with presentation for the proposal to client.
Expertise in creating aesthetic yet functional spaces for homes, offices, restaurants, boutiques, etc.
Expertise in sketching preliminary design blueprints.
Skill in ensuring that the project meets the client’s budget and timeframe.
Proficiency in using computer applications for Interior Design.
Creativity and impressive artistic ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Coordination with client and sales team.
Site visit and tack measurements if required.

Nature of job:
Met with clients and designed interiors in accordance the client ‘requirements.
Site visit and take measurements if required.
Considered the over-all space of the area in the designing process.
Strong Knowledge about the superb Designing and Space planning.
Assisted senior Architects in projects from beginning to end.
Preparing the Designing layouts of Furniture, Flooring, Ceiling, Finishes.
Examine and select finishes.

Preparing professional Photoshop presentation to client
Preparing Material samples board of presentation as per client approved.
Experience in 3 dimensional and advanced creations drawing with reference and importing and exporting drawing in various (DWF, DXF, and PDF etc.) for different software interfacing.
Preparing detailed layout of elevation, section.
