A fast growing Company in Dubai is looking for a motivated and active Social Media Executive /Admin / Customer Service to join our company.
Responsibilities :-
Manage companies social media accounts, post attractive and engaging posts to generate interests, write blogs, manage ppc account, seo accounts. Graphic designing will be added advantage.
Additionally support customer service team to resolve customer complaints, add value to clients experience. Answering Inquiries (Email, WhatsApp, Walk-in).- Assisting Clients and help resolve customer complaints.- Managing client databases- Prepare reports as requested by management.- Preparing forms and documents.- Complete other administrative tasks as required by the management.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Social Media Supervisor- Manager required
