Accounts Payable/Receivables, Petty cash management, Handling Clients / Customers, Sending / Receiving Inquiries, Follow-up emails & Calls, Make sale & purchase invoices, Make Purchase Orders, Check Delivery Notes, Purchase & Procurement, Handling Official Documents, Sending and receiving quotations, Checking the incoming Material, Documentation, Administrative Work, General Ledger, Data Entry, Inventory Control, Payroll Management, Communication Skills, External Audit Coordination, Knowledge in Quick books, Tally, M.S Word & Excel. Recording & Review sale and purchase invoices, Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities, Preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock, Reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system, Cash handling & maintaining ledgers of Payable & Receivable, Follow-up emails & Landline Calls, Handling office tasks, Office supplies to stock and place order, Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budget,
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents, Answer queries by employees and clients.

Valid U.A.E driving Licence.
